Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and lightly coat a 9-inch pie dish or an 8x8 square baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and Frank's RedHot sauce. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in the shredded cooked chicken, two-thirds of the sharp cheddar cheese, all of the Monterey Jack cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until combined.
  4. Transfer the dip mixture into your prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the dip bubbles and turns golden brown on top. Optionally broil for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and let the dip rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
