- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and lightly coat a 9-inch pie dish or an 8x8 square baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and Frank's RedHot sauce. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the shredded cooked chicken, two-thirds of the sharp cheddar cheese, all of the Monterey Jack cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until combined.
- Transfer the dip mixture into your prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the dip bubbles and turns golden brown on top. Optionally broil for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let the dip rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
