Cooking Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté chopped onions and bell peppers for 5-7 minutes until softened.
- Add cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and milk to the skillet. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes until warm and smooth.
- Mix in cooked chicken and 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese. Heat until cheese melts, about 2-3 minutes.
- Toss drained spaghetti into creamy chicken mixture. Mix gently to coat all noodles with the sauce.
- Optional: Preheat oven to 350°F. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish, top with remaining Monterey Jack cheese and cheddar, and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Let it cool for a couple of minutes, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
