- Start by rinsing and drying the fresh chives, dill, and parsley thoroughly. Finely chop them into small pieces.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the full-fat sour cream and full-fat mayonnaise until smooth.
- Gradually pour in the buttermilk while whisking, then stir in the chopped herbs, minced garlic, lemon juice, onion powder, salt, pepper, and optional paprika.
- Vigorously mix for about 30 seconds and taste, adjusting seasonings as desired.
