- Add chopped onion, cook for 5 minutes until translucent, and spoon out excess fat if needed.
- Stir in minced garlic, crushed red pepper flakes, and Italian seasoning. Add uncooked orzo and sauté briefly.
- Pour in tomato sauce, beef broth, heavy cream, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a bubble, cook uncovered for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once orzo is tender, remove from heat. Stir in Parmesan cheese and spinach, cover for 3-5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper, serve warm, garnished with more Parmesan if desired.
