  • 2 cups Frozen Blueberries Fresh blueberries can be used
  • 1/2 cup Thick Natural or Greek Yogurt Use dairy-free for vegan option
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Optional
  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup Can be replaced with agave
  • 1 pinch Salt
For the Optional Topping

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients except for blueberries and dark chocolate in a high-speed blender until smooth.
  2. Layer fresh or frozen blueberries at the bottom of each jar.
  3. Pour the blended oat mixture over the blueberries in each jar.
  4. Drizzle melted dark chocolate over the oat mixture if desired.
  5. Seal jars and refrigerate for at least 1½ hours or overnight.
