Step-by-Step Instructions for Cottage Cheese Chips
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking oil.
  2. Check your cottage cheese for excess liquid and drain if necessary. Transfer to a mixing bowl.
  3. Using a 1-tablespoon cookie scoop, place mounds of cottage cheese on the baking sheet, flattening each to about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Sprinkle desired seasonings over the flattened mounds.
  5. Bake for approximately 40 to 50 minutes, checking at the 20-minute mark.
