Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat and brown the chicken for about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Combine cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, sour cream, Italian dressing seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
  4. Spread uncooked rice evenly in the baking dish and layer browned chicken on top.
  5. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and rice, ensuring even coverage.
  6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden.
  8. Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving and garnish with fresh parsley.
