- Combine rolled oats, chia seeds (if using), cocoa powder, salt, and mini chocolate chips in a jar or bowl.
- Add milk, maple syrup or honey, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix in Greek yogurt or nut butter.
- Seal the jar or cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
