  2. Dust a clean surface with flour and knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Form into a ball.
  3. Place the dough in a greased bowl, turning to coat all sides. Cover and let it rise in a warm area for about 1 hour.
  4. Mix together brown sugar and ground cinnamon to create the filling mixture.
  5. Once the dough has risen, roll it into a 12x18 inch rectangle, spread butter, and sprinkle cinnamon-sugar across before rolling tightly into a log.
  6. Slice the dough into 12 pieces and place cut-side up in a greased baking dish, leaving space for rising.
  7. Cover the rolls and let them rise for another 30 minutes in a warm place.
  8. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the rolls for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Whisk together powdered sugar, hazelnut spread, and milk until smooth, adjusting for consistency.
  10. Let the rolls cool for 10 minutes before drizzling with icing.
