  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add vanilla extract, eggs, and egg yolk one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mix.
  5. Fold in oats, M&Ms, crushed pretzels, chocolate chips, and white chocolate chips until just combined.
  6. Roll dough into 2-inch balls and place them 2 inches apart on the baking sheet. Press additional M&Ms on top.
  7. Bake for 8 minutes, then rotate and bake for an additional 4-5 minutes until edges are golden.
