- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook 1 pound of ground beef until browned. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder for about 6-7 minutes. Drain excess grease.
- Stir in ¼ cup of ketchup, 2 tablespoons of mustard, and 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise into the cooked beef. If desired, add diced onions and pickles.
- Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and layer frozen French fries on the bottom. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the fries.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese generously over the casserole.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and fries are crispy.
