Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook 1 pound of ground beef until browned. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder for about 6-7 minutes. Drain excess grease.
  3. Stir in ¼ cup of ketchup, 2 tablespoons of mustard, and 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise into the cooked beef. If desired, add diced onions and pickles.
  4. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and layer frozen French fries on the bottom. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the fries.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese generously over the casserole.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and fries are crispy.
  7. Let cool for about 5 minutes before garnishing with chopped parsley and serving.
