Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by placing the peeled and deveined shrimp into a mixing bowl. Pour in the buffalo sauce and gently stir to ensure each shrimp is evenly coated. Allow the shrimp to marinate for about 10 minutes.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a sauté pan over medium heat. Add the marinated shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque, then remove from heat.
  3. Wash and chop the romaine lettuce, slice the carrots into rounds, and chop the celery. Arrange the vegetables in a large mixing bowl.
