- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 1.5-quart or 2-quart baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
- Drain canned or frozen green beans thoroughly and pat dry.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the soup, milk, pepper, and soy sauce. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in the green beans and 2/3 of the crispy fried onions.
- Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and edges brown.
- Sprinkle the remaining crispy fried onions on top and return to the oven for another 5-10 minutes.
- Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
