Cooking Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather your ingredients and equipment.
- Finely chop the onion and garlic. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, milk, chopped onion, garlic, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup. Mix gently.
- Grease a muffin tin or line with parchment paper.
- Scoop the meat mixture into the muffin cups, filling each about three-quarters full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- If desired, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top during the last 5 minutes of baking.
- Remove from the oven and let cool in the muffin tin for 5 minutes before serving.
