Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Begin by washing and cutting the red potatoes into uniform 1/2-inch cubes. Cut your chicken into the same-sized pieces.
  2. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to 375°F.
  3. Place slices of bacon on the griddle and grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  4. Add cooking oil to the griddle and toss in the diced potatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 9-11 minutes.
