Method
 

Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, whole wheat flour, baking powder, and chia seeds. Whisk to blend well.
  3. Pour in the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract into the dry mixture and stir until fully combined.
  4. Gently fold in your mixed berries, ensuring even distribution.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan and press down firmly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before slicing into bars.
