Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the large egg and vanilla extract to the butter-sugar mixture, then add the mashed bananas and stir.
