  • 5-6 pads Butter Dairy-free alternative optional.
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream For making whipped cream.
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon To taste.

Method
 

Baked Apples Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Wash and peel the apples, then slice them evenly.
  3. Pat the slices dry, squeeze lemon juice over them, and toss gently.
  4. Mix brown sugar, ground cinnamon, allspice, and corn starch in a bowl.
  5. Drizzle vanilla extract over the apple slices and coat them with the sugar mixture.
  6. Transfer coated apples to a baking dish and dot with butter.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
  8. Check tenderness after 45 minutes; bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes if needed.
  9. Prepare the Cinnamon Whipped Cream by whipping heavy cream and cinnamon together.
  10. Serve the baked apples warm with a generous dollop of Cinnamon Whipped Cream.
